The staff is always friendly & patient but maybe not always the most knowledgeable. They have always offered a 25% discount for military/first responders on most anything if not everything in the store.. comes in handy when they sell me on a mod then a month later aren't selling it or its accessories anymore 🙄 Overall the best vape shop in this area tho imo.

Clean, neat, and friendly staff. They help when needing information on certain products. Not quite honest when you ask questions about certain products either.
I visited my very favorite vape shop Elevate today, Logan was my person today, I decided to switch to salt-nic and he was so kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be adjusted to my mod, he even changed it out for me, put my new tank and coil in and filled it up with the juice I decided on… I am telling you, if you want the best personal service Elevate is the absolutely best in town!! Love you guys ❤️❤️

Store very bright and clean. Helpful employees that know what they are selling. I go here every time I need something. 10/10
